Who we are ArchitectBuilder is the collaboration of Robert Cohen, AIA, LEED AP, a specialist in the design of luxury homes and businesses and Joel Riccoboni, President of a fourth generation construction firm, known for technically challenging restorations.  We offer comprehensive services that range from locating a property and developing a grand estate, to renovating an old house, or tearing down and building new.
